Hello there,
It happens that I have worked a little bit on this digital action chart.
I guess the original author is no more maintaining it. If so, I would be happy to share a slightly modified (and improved) version of LWAC, should this be considered acceptable.

Cool.
Does it fix the bug in which arrows are reset to zero when you load a saved game?

Indeed it does. By the way, here is a screenshot showing how it currently looks :

Wow! Somebody's still interested in this? I thought the other action chart programs had long since overtaken it... You're most welcome to enhance and release updated versions of the program, subject to the licensing terms (GNU GPL) -- basically, you just need to "share and share alike" by releasing the modified source code. I wonder if I've still got my early work on a newer, cleaner version around somewhere...

I love this program, it works great with my dual monitor setup, i noticed a few other bugs as well as the arrow one, if you put an ordinary weapon in safekeeping it stays equipped also you need a 0.5X damage in the combat screen and the ability to equip/unequip weapons during a fight occurs several times during the books.
also is anyone interested in doing a GS version of this and a NO one will be needed soonish although that one will be easy just the LW one without the kai and magnakai tabs and a few extra disciplines.

Wow! Your last post was almost 3 years ago! Then it was really worth posting. The fact is that the code was rather easy to understand, so expanding it was easier than it would have been for other, more ambitious projects. And of course, I will release the modified source code along with the program itself. So the main new features are : * direct reading of the online version of the books and maps, within a built-in browser (see the buttons on top of the main frame ?); * concise although complete description of all Disciplines by moving the mouse arrow over them; * a "start" button (top-left of the frame, next to load/save) generating a new character for starting from scratch, including CS/EP values as well as random disciplines, gold and the object found in the ruins; * enhanced combat frame including the Combat Table column for the current ratio, as well as the Helshezag leech option (and, since I like to only give the Sommerswerd its bonus against evil-aligned foes, a "+8 Sommerswerd" option). Now, is there someplace where I could upload it ?

I don't think lune and kika take an -s ending in the plural. Also, it may just be the lack of anti-aliasing in the image, but that font seems troublesome to understand at small sizes.
Other than that, it looks pretty good...

Good point, Lune and Kika do not take the 's' in the books.

Well it was finished, but I was unaware of the Attachment function (or did it not exist at that time?) and rather clueless about the whole ftp/community thing. And there have been some other factors... anyway. Better post it late than never, I guess, especially since the other aids are still under development. So... Attached is the modified jar (and due to the license, the sources as well). Some additional things have been added since, like a support for translation. It works well on a netbook, at least on mine Edit: at least if you do not mind not having access to the Monastery. Though the different screens (action chart, browser and map) do overlap. Support for books 1-20 is provided. Again, sorry for the delay. Attachments:

Wow! What a necro-bump! But a good one. I look forward to trying this out on my Mini 9 along with my real books. Thanks.

Here is not Vashna rising, but Lwac version 2.2, which supports playing the New Order books (at least those that are already out). The changelog is provided: expect, besides support for New Order adventures, lots of commodities (monastery pouch, bronin hammers, no-backpack option and more). Included as well is a special set of rules for those who want to try (yet again) something a bit different. All tested and challenging yet refreshing. Attachments:
