Hi, I just discovered your app in the Marketplace, and it got me very excited. So far, I've only played through the first book, but I noticed a few things incorrect. I didn't see a list of known issues anywhere, so I'll post everything I see here just in case something isn't know.
Meals can currently be consumed at any time to gain 3EP. I don't think they're supposed to be consumable on demand...
Book 1, tab 255 - I fought the Gourgaz before looking at the Prince's sword, and died. After combat, the game returned to 255 with the Look At Objects button clickable.
After dying in Book 1, I was able to restart the book while retaining the items I had gained before dying. Start the book, progress to the screen where you select your starting equipment, back out to the book list, then reselect Book 1, and it'll drop you on page 1 with all your pre-death equipment.
When picking up items, it doesn't seem to be possible to inspect the items to see its descriptions. This was most noticeable at the start of Book 2, when trying to figure out what the Shield and Chainmail do.
Feature requests: Please add a "night mode" (white text on black), and/or let me change the font, font color, and background color. White on black is *much* easier to read than black on tan in many situations.
Being able to see my current EP on each page would be nice.
Anyways, looking forward to the next update!

Found some more bugs...
The coin purse doesn't currently cap at 50 gold crowns.
Book 2 - 238 - You do not get the 1 crown token when you enter the gaming house.
Book 2 - 238 - You can win more than 40 crowns at the Cartwheel game.
You cannot lose your backpack.
When picking up objects, it is possible to collect duplicates of the object by click multiple times quickly before the UI removes the object from the list.
At the start of Book 2, dropping any object allows you to collect more than the 2 objects you are allowed to collect from the Royal Armory.

Hello corinus, thanks for the extensive list of bugs you have found Meals can currently be consumed at any time to gain 3EP. I don't think they're supposed to be consumable on demand... Actually, I decided this as sort of a house rule, so I can note this under "Enhancement: enable / disable house rules" rather then "Bugs".... Book 1, tab 255 - I fought the Gourgaz before looking at the Prince's sword, and died. After combat, the game returned to 255 with the Look At Objects button clickable. Indeed a bug, even if after being defeated, the only options should be to restart the game, and thus obtain a new empty inventory, I will give it a look and correct this. After dying in Book 1, I was able to restart the book while retaining the items I had gained before dying. Start the book, progress to the screen where you select your starting equipment, back out to the book list, then reselect Book 1, and it'll drop you on page 1 with all your pre-death equipment. This is a bug I fear could be around.... I have to review the starting parts and linkin of the various books When picking up items, it doesn't seem to be possible to inspect the items to see its descriptions. This was most noticeable at the start of Book 2, when trying to figure out what the Shield and Chainmail do. I'll enhance the looting / market windows in order to let users have a look at the properties of the objects BEFORE picking them up Feature requests: Please add a "night mode" (white text on black), and/or let me change the font, font color, and background color. White on black is *much* easier to read than black on tan in many situations. I already received another complain about this..... It wasn't one of my priorities, but I think it will become Being able to see my current EP on each page would be nice. I shall have a look at somewhere within the GUI to place this... The coin purse doesn't currently cap at 50 gold crowns. Yes, for the moment I left this as it was, since I didn't think having an uncapped coin purse was much unbalancing from the original books... I could file this under "House rules" too Book 2 - 238 - You do not get the 1 crown token when you enter the gaming house. Noted I didn't clearly understand if while entering the Game room you should get a free crown, or just a token with no value Book 2 - 238 - You can win more than 40 crowns at the Cartwheel game. This is filed under the same house rule of the uncapped coin purse You cannot lose your backpack. Let's be honest: I was too lazy to implement the BackPack losing scenario I know I will have to have a look at it though When picking up objects, it is possible to collect duplicates of the object by click multiple times quickly before the UI removes the object from the list. This is a very important bug I will check as soon as possible!! (Maybe worth its own game update) At the start of Book 2, dropping any object allows you to collect more than the 2 objects you are allowed to collect from the Royal Armory. And this one is another sort of house rule I decided woudln't be much unbalancing.... Since the book speaks "If you are already carrying Weapons from Book 1, you can take this opportunity to exchange one or both of them.", I decided to extend this situation to all the inventory rather then limiting to Weapons Anyway, thanks again for the extensive game and debug you have done to my application.... I think I will have to add a "Credits" section in the game

I think the House Rules functionality is going to be key to allowing real take-up of this game unfortunately. Something that doesn't feel too unbalancing (like a capped coin purse for example) quickly becomes very unbalancing later on. I would always play without house rules turned on - prefer the original experience I will hold out playing until that option is available - keep us posted!

I already received another complain about this..... It wasn't one of my priorities, but I think it will become Thanks. It makes reading in the dark much easier, and is pretty standard for Android apps. Yes, for the moment I left this as it was, since I didn't think having an uncapped coin purse was much unbalancing from the original books... I could file this under "House rules" too This is filed under the same house rule of the uncapped coin purse These issues combined lets you get a lot of money VERY quickly, because Cartwheel is skewed heavily in favor of the player. Short term, if you capped the gold crowns to 50, it would make the lack of Cartwheel limit a minor issue. Noted I didn't clearly understand if while entering the Game room you should get a free crown, or just a token with no value Technically, I believe it's a token with a value of 1 gold crown while in the gameroom, and counts towards your limit of 40 tokens that you can redeem on exit. But since it's possible to re-enter the room, it's probably a pain to fix. Let's be honest: I was too lazy to implement the BackPack losing scenario I know I will have to have a look at it though I had problems "implementing" this in my paper character sheet! And this one is another sort of house rule I decided woudln't be much unbalancing.... Since the book speaks "If you are already carrying Weapons from Book 1, you can take this opportunity to exchange one or both of them.", I decided to extend this situation to all the inventory rather then limiting to Weapons If that's how you intended it, then I'm changing my bug report to say that it *doesn't* let you pick up more than 2 items *until* you drop an item. At the moment, it's inconsistent. X( Anyways, thanks for your responses.

I think I've mentioned this before, but it's worth touching base with Dave on Seventh Sense. I know the codebases are different, but the algorithms for solving the problems could be essentially the same.
