Weaponmastery after book 6

I have received a request of clarification about Lone Wolf Saga and aboutt he way I have implemented the WeaponMastery Magnakai Discipline; I add a look at the Sticky rules, and is says:

So, based on this, I had chosen this behaviour:
- The first time you take Weaponmastery, you select 3 weapons with which you are skilled;
- Every subsequent book, if you have Weaponmastery, you must select one additional weapon, but if you do not have Weaponmastery and take it in this boo, you only select 3 weapons.

This means that selecting Weaponmastery at the start of book 6 you will finish the Magnakai series mastering all 10 available weapons, but selecting it at the start of book 12, you will only be able to master 3 weapons.

I think this is the correct behaviour, but could someone more expert than me confirm or negate this?

Yes--in whichever book you first select Weaponmastery as one of your Magnakai Disciplines, you only get to pick 3 Weapons in which you are proficient, even if it is Book 12.
