I'm trying to complete my collection and running into an issue with a lot of the booksellers on EBay and Amazon. It looks like a lot of the old Lone Wolfs have ended up in giant warehouses and the sellers don't guarantee which edition of the book I'm going to get . I'm explicitly looking for the Red Fox versions (those were the ones I had as a kid) but running up against a stone wall of super-cheap copies at EBay/Amazon stores that simply won't/can't tell me which version the books are.
Can anyone advise how to get the right versions?
Also, are there any significant printing errors between the Berkely/Beaver/Red Fox versions of the books?
Thanks, Vandervecken

I'm in the same spot. All I need is the last Red Fox print of Hunting Wolf which should have been easy because that was the one that was printed here but knowing the ISBN doesn't necessarily help

In building my collection, I found that I sometimes bought multiple copies of a book, until I got the one I wanted (printing, condition etc) I would then sell the ones I didn't want when I was happy with one.

I thought about that, but given the odds, what would I do with all those other copies? It's not like there's lots of people buying, if there was they wouldn't be on sale for 1p. I've been doing ok by harassing the bookshops that are asking for a bit more - one or two pounds per book. Now the Kai series is complete but I'm missing Jungle of Horros, Castle Death, and Dungeons of Torgar in the Red Fox edition. The Grandmaster series will be easy because there was no other British cover.

Only one missing now is Castle Death. Anyone got an extra copy of it in the Red Fox edition?

Probably not much help, but I have donated my spare copies to my area libraries. That is a decent way to spread Lone Wolf. And for a period of time often they will prominently display their new holdings.
Just a thought.
