Kai Chronicles 1.13 (Books 15 and 16)

Hello everyone.

I've made available a new version of Kai Chronicles (forked from tonib code). The main changes are:

• The availability of books 15 and 16
• English only (no more spanish due to lacking of translation after book 14)
• Web app only (no more android app)
• and more... (see changelog and commit messages on GitHub)
  

For the moment, it's not directly available online, so you have to download the code, create your own distribution and put it on your own private web server (don't share any link and don't make your distribution public, it's against the Project Aon licence - you have to keep it private/for your own usage only).

Thank you cracrayol for continue  the project. I got  it to run, and works great , will you continue to incorporate more books?, i would love to see  book 18 since i read that is for many users, their favorite book.

I think i'll continue implementing at least all Grand Master books. If you find any bugs, please report them on the github repo ((https://github.com/cracrayol/kaichronicles/issues)
