Hello everyone, and really glad to be part of this community!
I've been using the Lone Wolf Saga app for years and recently upgraded to a new phone. I installed the app and it seems to be having issues with storage. When I attempt to copy the databases over to my SD card, the transfer fails and I receive an error message. The only way to fix this is to wipe the app cache or reinstall it, and keep everything on the internal memory.
However, the bigger issue is not being able to import my old profiles. These are saved in the lonewolf_saga directory on both the internal memory and SD card. The program can navigate to the folder on the internal memory but isn't detecting the .lws files. I exported the files again on my old phone with the latest version, where importing/exporting works fine, but the app will still not detect them on the new phone. Also, I tested exporting with my new profile and this fails each time.
I just wondered if anyone else had experienced these issues and if there is a known workaround? Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue. And if I were to guess, I think it has to do with Android tightening up permissions in the file system for apps. I think the app is not allowed to see the files. I hope this can get resolved, or that the maintainer could open up for contributions to the source code. I'm not very good at Android, but I could take a stab at it.

Fixing it for real would be great but I'll share a workaround :you can export a quickly created profile, and then use an simple editing program such as f-droid.org/en/packages/com.maxistar.textpad to copy then paste the content of the real profile into the just exported file. Then import and voilĂ !
