Hi, May Lone Wolf attack Doomwolves with the Sommerswerd? I'm playing the 3rd book and I'm in front of 3 doomwolves: www.projectaon.org/es/xhtml/ls/03lcdk/sect343.htmI've a dagger and the Sommerswerd and I remember that Sommerswerd's bonus are active against undead and Dark Lords creatures. So, Doomwolves are such Dark Lords creatures? May I use the Sommerswerd against them? Regards form Barcelona, Lobisome

Yes, of course you can use the Sommerswerd to fight those Doomwolves. I presume you are using the Sommerswerd rules from: www.projectaon.org/es/xhtml/ls/02fsea/sect79.htmYou'll always get that massive [+8] Combat Skill bonus when you wield the Sommerswerd against any enemy in hand-to-hand combat (unless the text on a page specifically says otherwise). Therefore, in nearly all hand-to-hand combat you would probably choose to use the Sommerswerd, because of the amazing Combat Skill bonus this godly weapon-like Special Item grants.

Hi dywypi, Yep, you're totally right. There is no ban to use the Sommerswerd against no one. I remember now that I sorta made it as a home rule for my RPG sessions (I'm using these books as a pre-made adventure here smorpg.wordpress.com/). I found quite unfair to give Lone Wolf such a permanent big bonus. To over-power hi so much. And I stated some time ago that Lone Wolf would only be alowed to use the Sommerswerd against undead and servants of the Dark Lords. The first option is quite obvious and for the second I gessed I'd use any Agarashi for this category. And Doomwolves seem not to be Agarashi. And that's why I ask it instead of analize the original rules So, thank you for helping me remember. Regards, Lobisome
