Just a little note to say that I noticed you can download all three of the original Lone Wolf computer games (for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum) from tzxvault.retrogames.com/(these are the ones advertised in the back of the original Lone Wolf Sparrow Books UK editions) They're in "TZX" format (which, if you didn't know, is a special binary file format which perfectly replicates ZX Spectrum cassette tapes ! :0) so you can load it into a Speccy Emulator program on your PC, or use a TZX player program to output the sound to load into your real ZX Spectrum)

Hm, thanks!
I have absolutely no idea whether they are any good, but nevertheless I should go and grab them! ;D
BTW, any advice on a good Spectrum emulator program? (My computer is running on Win98, in case that makes a difference.)

I still have the my original cassette of the "Flight From the Dark" game. It was a bit tedious as it used this special calligraphic screen font which scrolled REALLY slowly. You had to engage in lots of exciting kung-fu with Giaks and stuff :lol I never did manage to complete it, the Vordaks always killed me! The best speccy emulator I've used is SPECTACULATOR www.spectaculator.com/

Awesome! Does it come replete with 5 minute load times and games that crash 2/3 of the time on the loading screen?

Yes, you *can* set it to load in real time if you want (with full sound FX and colour bars)
However most people soon tire of this and switch on the "quick load" function ;-)

The Spectrum game was a tender feeling...
