Had a brief trawl through the new Collector's Edition of Book 18 and spotted some differences, there may be more I have just spotted these: Starting Equipment. Sword missing. "39"/"253" Jewelled Mace gives +3CS Bonus vs Ghost of Roark. "154" Talisman of Ishir is a Special Item, not a Backpack Item. "163" Sabito AND Kai Alchemy Add 6, i.e. 3 Each. Grand Nexus +1 Removed. "236"/"290"/"335" Explanation added - '...you need not erase your Special Items, however, as none are taken. These Eldenorian Soldiers are especially fearful and superstitious of touching magical artefacts and weapons'.* "339" 'Maces, We buy1GC, We Sell 2GC' previously wrong way around. *This one appears in this thread too projectaon.proboards.com/thread/2221/dawn-dragons-duadonLove the Jewelled Mace Bonus vs Roark!

For my part I assume that they take your Quiver and any Arrows in it. I also assume that they confiscate the Silver Seal since that is a rank badge for the officers in their army, which Lone Wolf is not.

The mini-adventure probably has an error by referring to the main rules. Because that means the main character will be starting with a combat skill of 25-34 and an endurance of 30-39.
My inclination and given the cs values of the enemies is that he should have a lower values than that. probably 10 to 19 cs and 20 to 29 ep. With the values he has he'd probably be fighting every combat with +7 or more on the combat result table, even if he has the lowest possible value (25 cs).
Opinions ?

Sure, so by main rules you take to mean as Book 1. Seems reasonable.

Well, book 1-12 is same rules. Book 13-18 has other starting values or you can carry over the character (but with unknown values)
The mini in book 18 couldn't really refer to the book 1 -12 values since they are not in the book at all. So basically the book should have reiterated the rules in the text rather than referenced them.
