Hi! I want to know if there is any site where I could download the maps of LW books. Besides, I use this message to introduce me in this forum and invite you to visit my web "Lobo Solitario Español" (www.lobo-solitario.com) where you meet other fans of LW and the rest of gamebooks. Thanks and bye!

Yup, each Project Aon book you download comes with its own original map, as seen in the books. I believe that here's also a download available on the Mongoose website somewhere of the map contained in the RPG. No idea of the URL for that though.

This map is awesome! But...what are the problems that you pointed out to the artist? I don't see any, and I'm too lazy to try to figure them out all by myself...

Thanks for your replys. I haven't try with the books of Project Aon, but I need colour maps without the vertical line of the scanning, you know?

Yeah, as EternalKnight points out, there are some niggling errors, some of which were fixed in the version that comes with the RPG. KOLLANIAN OCEAN should be KOLTAINIAN OCEAN, for example. SLAVE should be BLAVE, as EK points out. Additionally, there's THE KALLERSEE (KALTERSEE) and a few others. More significantly, the western coast of Kasland is drawn incorrectly (sadly this isn't corrected in the RPG map); the large peninsula is missing. You can see how the coast should look on the political map of Southern Magnamund in the Magnamund Companion. But nevertheless, it does look flippin' good.

There are also colour maps available from the following website: www.btinternet.com/~julie20/maps.htmThe maps are the individual ones that appear in the books - only problem is they do have the vertical line from scanning, which obviously is something you don't want, but they may be worth checking out anyway.

More errors on the RPG map include Garthen being spelt as Gurthen, V'ka being spelt as Ka and Kazan-Oud being spelt as Razan-Oud. If you look at the map from the website you will also see that it includes the Reclaimed Wastelands part, 70 years before it happens...

Thanks to all. Darklord Vashna, I have seen these web some time ago, but, like you have said, they have the scanning line. In LSE (Lobo Solitario Español) we are translating a document we found in the net: Magnamund Sourcebook, and I want to attach best quality maps of each zone of Magnamund. In Spain, we have only a little bit of information about LW, and this document is a great treasure for us. Thanks again, and if anyboby knows other sites with good quality maps, SAY IT TO ME!

I must remind you of the Project Aon License and its restrictions: So using the maps published by Project Aon an another website is explicitly not allowed. But personally I don't think that Gary Chalk or Brian Williams would have much against using their maps on your site. Maybe you already have their permission? Contact Jonathan Blake (I believe that you have been in touch with him before) to discuss it anyway.

Don't worry about the license of the pictures, because I think I can upload them for information purposes, without earning money with them. I have told with Joe Dever and Timun Mas (the Spanish publishers of the books) and many people that think my web is correct while I don't gain money with LW things. Is this true?

There are a few spelling errors within it basically. One that springs to mind is the Duranese town of Blave being spelt as SLave. Oups...Yeah, now I see them... Guess I was reading too fast to see these obvious spelling mistakes. About that missing peninsula in Kasland, it appears on the political map of the Magnamund Companion, but not on the other ones that are in color (North-West and South-West maps of the same book)...I think it was because of the lack of space to put it on one of these maps so that they can keep both color maps at the same scale, but I have my doubts about that.
