Our map in Book 9 is Brian Williams's original coloured map, and note that the political map in the MC also fits with Tabora belonging to Lourden.
I believe that Dausar belongs to Vassagonia in MS 5050; note how the Companion Postscript says that Anari once bordered on Casiorn. However, the map in Book 18 might be correct too; after the war Anari might have regained some territory that it once lost to Vassagonia.
Karkaste is a similar problem: According to the MC and as hinted by Book 6, it belongs to Magador, but Book 16 clearly states that it belongs to Lyris.
And as for the Bavari Hills, not only the political map shows them as Dessian but Book 7 also mentions "the Bavari Hills of northern Dessi", while Book 21 is very clear on that they are Vassagonian.
So it becomes a question of which year the map depicts; right now it is inconsistent as it shows situations valid during the course of different books. Consider also Luomi/Cetza; the depicted border was only valid for about a month during Book 10.

Consider also Luomi/Cetza; the depicted border was only valid for about a month during Book 10. It's true. I compiled the map with all maps from books 1-28, which have taken place in MS 5050 - 5080. But it is hard to choose a single timestamp. For example: MS 5050, time of book 1. I suppose Cetza is Eruan, Dausar is Vassagonian, Luukos is not destroyed, but for example Argazad - does it exist? I think it has been built during Lone Wolf's eight years presence in Daziarn. What about Shadaki, Bhanar, Lencia... But we can settle on a fixed year and I could set the map accordingly.

You could make one map for the MS 5055, and one for MS 5080

Or you could ask JD what Magnamund looks like in MS 5102, the year in which book 29 is set.

Or you could ask JD what Magnamund looks like in MS 5102, the year in which book 29 is set. I want to ask JD many other things. Names of the two Durenese cities on the eastern shore, position of the Eruan cities Testla and Sharwhan, and many many other geographical issues. Maybe someone could contact him and tell him about this :-)

I've slightly updated the map colors (and added Durenor Forest label). Thank you for updating Outspaced.

Consider also Luomi/Cetza; the depicted border was only valid for about a month during Book 10. I think that in book 25, Cetza is still considered to be in Hammerlands territory...

Splendid work.
My top tip: Will the graphics program you created it in let you save it as a PDF? That way you cam make it more easily zoomable, and you can embed the text with a font, so that can resize too.

Obviously a labour of love, this must have taken some time! Nice work.
Yes a PDF version would be a good idea, comes out as 4.7mb so not much bigger.
