Long time without much news… but it looks like Ben is teasing the imminent release of LW28 CE!
This will be the first time that all 350 sections are included in this one, yes? Assuming that plans haven’t changed, that is.

Yes, Vincent wrote the extra 50 sections. I wonder what exatly was added: new sections of adventure? A better fight with Sejanoz? Or just more options like "if you have the Discipline of X, turn to Y"?  |

Or just more options like "if you have the Discipline of X, turn to Y"? I don't want to spoil it too much - I and Ben indeed wrote it the same way we did for LW30-32. Concretely it is everything you listed just above. We didn't add a new ending or a single big 50-section part to the book, it was not our goal for we thought it'd have altered Joe's vision. On the contrary we mainly added several new paths during the adventure branching on the existing ones, with the intent to make LW28 be more consistent with the whole universe. The adventure should thus feel the same, but with more possibilities of exploration. The 50 new sections will be numbered 300 to 349 (in addition to old sections which have been modified to enable to branch them in the story!) so readers will know which ones are new: this way one should be able to choose to stay in the initial version, or to explore the new paths. As per Sejanoz: well, you'll see, we indeed reworked that a bit too... |

Paperbacks will be plentiful. I wont buy them now. I just got 5 copies of CE28. I hope that it is indeed 1000 copies printed as stated in the Holmgard website. Oversupply dampens the price of these books in future. |
