I am rather disappointed with the decision. I am saving my money to get more CE28 instead!! Just like the Ukraine war picture which has 300 limited runs, CE28 is much sought after!! I have bought 21 copies of CE28 Sejanoz HARDCOVER. Ooh, and I am a tad curious, why the need for so many copies? Do you own a bookstore or something? Or are you just a really hardcore collector? |

Maybe the DEs of 6-8 are having some difficulty, resulting in the podcast's delay? I'm guessing that the podcast is mainly a marketing vehicle for the reprints, so that would fit. I seem to remember that the next books to be released are 6 & 7, not 8 yet. If there is one episode per month and each one is about a specific book, that means we'll see (or, in this case, hear) the episode on book 7 next May. I doubt we'll have to wait for next spring to see book 7 DE. You should join the Lone Wolf Gamebooks group on Facebook as some official info is posted there, including what will be in the podcast: "Each hour-long monthly episode will do a deep dive into the secrets and lore of the books of the Lone Wolf series as well as special episodes interspersed to cover other aspects of the saga." Jonathan Stark (who goes by the name of Zipp on this forum) is regularly asking on the Facebook group what questions the fans want to be answered in the podcast. He has asked for questions on book 7 on September 22, so it has probably been recorded already. |

You have asked very good questions. Reading has never been my hobby and it will never be. I have loaded 21 copies of CE28 in hope of turning them into profits. With Lucy hired as my secretary, I am a GREEDY book merchant. The price of red fox book 28 is over Ā£500, or US$570. Is there a substitute for red fox 28? Yes, the 300 section book is available on Projectaon. The CE contains the full 350-section. The unabridged edition cannot be found elsewhere except in DE28 which will be published, i BOlieve, in 2027-29. It will be a long 5-year hiatus between CE28 and DE28. Prices of CE28 will soar as soon as Holmgard runs out of copies. Finally 21 copies isnt a lot. I have plans to load 12 more copies to make it 33. |

- As Lucy has reported, shipping for LW28CE begins āfirst week of November.ā So, any day now, I guess.
- preorders for LW6-7 DE begin mid-November and will include a surprise in the announcement.
- Holmgard Press will re-release the Lone Wolf Adventure Game, in itās entirety, as part of the 40th anniversary celebration of LW.

But I really don't get why it was made on Discord with this message: "Please keep in mind that these announcements will have official versions on other forms of social media within the next week or two. Please do not post anything about this anywhere else until that occurs." Why posting it in the first place then if you don't want to share it now?!? As if you will have control on how the message will be spread. This is Internet! Once it's out, you can't put back the toothpaste inside the tube! It does sound like the redesigned website, and hopefully the podcast, should arrive in November. And the paperback DEās are printed and on their way to the distributor warehouses. So a decent bit of actual content is coming soon. |

Iām looking forward to all of the upcoming releases, but have to note that October was billed as being the month of āhuge announcementsā, and I guess I took that to mean things would actually be released, or at least go up for sale or preorderā¦ instead the official website and Facebook were virtually silent, and over on Discord a number of exciting things were āannouncedā, but no new content actually arrived. Only one thing was announced on Discord, the rest is just rehash of what was already known. -On September 9th, pre-orders for books 1 to 3 were announced for October 1st (but the preorders opened on September 30th). -The podcast was already announced back in May with a release date estimated for October. On October 1st, a post made on Facebook originally said that episode 1 would be released later the same month. A few hours later, the post was modified to say that it would come out in the middle of November (but on magnamund.com, it still says that it will come out in October). The real news is that it is delayed. -It will be possible to pre-order books 6 and 7 DE at the same time, but this is something Holmgard Press already said many times: the books will be released in "bundles" of 2 or 3 at the same time, so no big surprise there. The only new thing announced was the new website... and it is currently delayed. So no real big news, except for the republication of the LWRPG, which was announced on the last day of October. I don't have high hopes for the "surprise announcement" regarding the opening of the preorders for books 6 and 7. All that said, I'm still happy that Holmgard Press exists and I know most of the people there are volunteers. I'm just surprised how the "announcements" are made.  |

Seriously, they have started deleting posts on the official Lone Wolf Facebook group... Someone was asking a question about the podcast, got it deleted, reposted asking what he did wrong and got it deleted again! People were asking what he did actually ask in the first place and he said he liked the podcast and wanted to know get more details. Before we could get to know if he had actually listened to the podcast (as it has not officially been released), his post was deleted again. I don't like this attitude, as the guy didn't broke any of the official rules of the group...  EDIT: another post deleted, this time someone asking what were the big news that were supposed to be made in October. People pointed out to go to Discord for them. Some people joined the Discord channel, which I think was a good thing, to see the news. But it seems that it was not okay for the admins since they deleted the original post. The Facebook group doesn't feel safe anymore, as you might get your posts deleted even if you didn't break the rules, simply because you ask some questions but they don't want the information to circulate. It's starting to feels like we are on Weibo...  |

There are many who are expecting to buy CE28 with DE6 and DE7. These books are in different location and you wont have any significant savings if you buy CE28, DE6 and DE7 together.
