No, I believe Outspaced said three books, but only two Zahkan's, which is the right answer, unless I'M missing one somewhere (which really is possible).

Technically, you also see the body of every opponent you've ever fought in the Neverness in Book 11, but the Zakhan isn't mentioned specifically, so I wouldn't have thought it counted. Hi Rozark69! Since you've asked a good question about Lone Wolf, I'll leave someone else to answer it, and ask my own not about Lone Wolf! Question: Going back to Doomy's original question, the Sorcery Spellbook was not the only time Steve Jackson used 'Doz' in one of his gamebooks, he also used it as part of someone's name. I want the book title and the full name used, please. [See, Doomy, I told you I had a fiendish question lined up! ]

Ack! GB beat me to that one too. I have to get up earlier. Actually, I was up, but was in the process of winning a signed pair of LW calendars from the man himself! Ack! Don't have a clue about that. How devious!

[Off topic:
Rel, do you mean the 10th Anniversary Lone Wolf Calendars from 1994? If so, and you do win one, scanning it in would be much appreciated!]
Ahem! back on topic . . .

His name was Landar before it was Silent Wolf. So even by your trick question rules, I'm still right. So there!

Yes, that question is truly vile! Any chance of a hint?

Tche! And you guys call yourselves gamebook fans! I knew the answer to this without even looking it up, I remember it so well. The initial question anout DOZ made me think of this right away! However, it is very, very obscure, I suppose. Guess I'm sadder than even I originally thought. OK, a clue: it's in a book written and published before Jackson embarked upon the Sorcery series. That narrows it down considerably. I'd also hazard a guess that a lot of people on this forum will have read the book--Zipp certainly has!

It's the previously unpublished Warlock of Fraggle Rock featuring the DOZers! Am I right?

[Off topic: Rel, do you mean the 10th Anniversary Lone Wolf Calendars from 1994? If so, and you do win one, scanning it in would be much appreciated!] Ahem! back on topic . . . Well, Joe will be shipping them out today, but I don't have a scanner. Don't worry, we'll figure something out! Maybe I could ship one of them in the best interests of PA! Hope it won't matter that it's autographed. Zipp: I don't know Landar's last name, and don't think it was ever mentioned anywhere, because if it had been I'd have used it as a plot device in a game. ~Relenoir, who still has no idea about the answer to the question.
