In Spain, Altea Junior stopped publishing the books just at the beginning of the Magnakai Series: Nº6_"Kingdoms of Terror". Some years later, there was a brief revival and Altea continued publishng in a second row until Nº11_"The Masters of Darkness". That was the last book in Spanish...and could be about, i don't know, 20 years ago maybe? I thought at the time that Lone Wolf would had never the chance to end his quest...until "Project Aon". Just to let yoy know that in a comment on Facebook, Ben Devere confirmed that the Definitive Edition is currently being translated in Spanish. Sadly, I don't know how to link directly to the said comment, but here's the original post under which it was published. link

Mantikore didn't want to publish it back in the day either. The people at Scriptarium had asked. Let me first see if I can finish the books. I'm going for all or nothing. Then I'll look and see if Megara still stands (as far as I know, they're in trouble but not dead). If not, then I'll see what else I can do. If nothing else, I'll simply do what I originally did with AS1 before Megara offered to publish it — Lulu it. P.S. Just to set the record straight regarding royalties, Megara did offer to give me a cut. I just happened not to care anymore at the time. They didn't actually rip me off. Anyway, I wanted fan recognition and engagement more than I wanted a cheque. I have read the whole story of your odyssey and I render my opinion. You have achieved the maximum honour from a Lone Wolf Club member: Being author from a book of its world with the edition and approval of the own Dever and the legendary illustrations from Chalk. If the selling was not good and the editorial is a bunch of assholes that´s not the worst in life. That happens a lot. Probably, you got to deal with personal problems, also. I recommend you next time to accept a check of royalties. It´s surreal for me not signing a contract... and accepting the check gives you official rights in the human society we live. ironically, the more you take advantage the more they love you.
