Indeed, but they removed book 30 and 31 from the website (edit: ah, they moved them under the "books" section). Is that a brand new cover for book 1? Book 2 and 3, they look like the covers from the Italian edition but book 1, I can't seem to identify where it comes from. Where are the coverarts?

Book 2 and 3, they look like the covers from the Italian edition but book 1, I can't seem to identify where it comes from. Where are the coverarts? They have removed them a few minutes after I made that post. Now, they are making a countdown on Facebook (for some reasons, they just deleted their first post on Facebook and replaced it by another one, the only difference being number 3 instead of 4 on the picture. That's why my link was deleted the post just before yours and that I had to replace it. I hope they don't delete this publication just to replace it with number 2...). The covers will probably reappear on magnamund.com on October 31st. However, on that date, the books will only be available for preorder: from what I saw when they were previously on the site, their cover was blurred with the mention "coming soon" on them. They will probably be revealed once the books is officially launched. Although they were blurred, I was able to recognized the covers of book 2 and 3: they are the very same one that Alberto Dallago made for the Italian edition of Vincent Books. For book 1, the cover seemed to be a totally new one. 2-Fire on the Water 3-The Caverns of Kalte

You can see a small part of what I assume is the new book 1 art on the site too (It looks like part of the blurred art that was up for a few hours):

Anyways, it is indeed what looks like part of the new cover of book 1.

Good catch! It looks like that indeed. However, I can't find where it appears on the website. It's the source asset for the small "definitive editions" square here: magnamund.com/collections/The DEFINITIVE EDITION series from Holmgard Press is the first time Joe Dever's epic 32-book saga has ever been produced in one consistent format. Available in deluxe collectable Hardback, and soon in portable & playable Paperback. Drawing on the best artwork from across the years, with text freshly edited and gameplay newly tweaked by dedicated Lone Wolf scholars at Scriptarium and Project Aon, and with new supplementary material compiled by Authors August Hahn, Vincent Lazzari, and Joe's son Ben Dever - the DEFINITIVE EDITION series is the authoritative lasting testament to the world of LONE WOLF. Sorry, there are no products in this collection

I hope we have more info on the "supplementary material" then was there in the accidentally uploaded book descriptions the other day - might interest me enough to buy 2/3 depending on what it is. Ah, I see! However, I can't find the link leading to that specific page on the main page. Anyways, it is indeed what looks like part of the new cover of book 1. There wasn't one, when Sparty noticed the preorders were up, I looked and couldn't see them (probably a caching issue on my end). So I deleted "/books" from the usual magnamund.com/collections/books thinking they must be elsewhere and found the page that way.

I think they are waiting for morning in the US. 8 AM in New York is what? 1 PM in London? They could even wait for 8 o'clock in Los Angeles, which will be 11 AM in New York and 4 PM in London.

DEs of books 1-3 are now up for pre-order. Looks like they will be sent out Jan 2022 judging from the Facebook post about it. Book 1 has 40 new illustrations from Nerdgore while 2-8 will retain Gary Chalk's original artwork. Nerdgore is great but Gary Chalk's work is so iconic that it feels right to be included. I'm guessing Nerdgore doing all the books as per the original plan was too heavy a workload in the space of time they had. I wonder if we will get the Brian Williams internal art too?
My preference would be Brian Williams for books 9-20 and then Nerdgore for the New Order books. The CEs of books 22-27 (and likely 28) already cover Brian Williams in a hardback format, and having Nerdgore do it would make it consistent with books 30-32. He'll have a hard time beating the art of Oriah in CE21 though ha ha!
