Actually, i never listened to a lot of J-Pop as I'm not hooked up with any file sharing and Japenese CD's are expensive.
I'll try to check them out though, thanks!

I listen to music while I play Lone Wolf, but it's really the same music I listen to when I do anything that doesn't already occupy my ears. In fact, there are some CDs (like Sweet Water's "Superfriends" and Hum's "Downward is Heavenward") that I listened to so heavily while playing Lone Wolf that I permanently associate the two, despite the music being situationally inappropriate to the books.

I think I posted here a few weeks ago... but I'll do it again. I think that some Viking metal or death metal should be played when fighting a Darklord, or other such enemy. My favs are: Amon Amarth - Fate Of Norns Testament - Demonic Fear Factory - Soul of a New Machine
For the times when you're fighting a minor enemy such as a Giak: Rush - 2112 Savatage - The Wake of Magellan Dream Theater - Scenes From a Memory
Those are my picks. If you don't like 'em, oh well. Can't please every Kai Lord.

Nope, but I'll keep my eyes open on file-shar--erm, I mean "down the shops" (*wink*) for any of her songs.
Uh-oh. I'm gonna go tell a teacher! Wait... ah who cares. I say, we SHOULD be abled to download songs for free.... not that I do, mind you, now that the stupid laws are against us.

That last sentence is so obviously trolling I'll just recommend a quick reality check.

I was trying to think of something sarcastic to say about all that, but I failed.

I have listened to soundtracks from Braveheart (espesically the cavalry charge) and Robin Hood- Prince of Theives (and before this goes the same way as Top Gun, let me say, I don't think Kevin Costner can act, the story is very lame in parts-most parts- and the only saving grace is Alan Rickman's Sheriff, he is a good baddie." something vexes?...do you mind we've just been married..") but the soundtrack has some good orchestration and mood music that has come in handy over the years ( just not the songs)...

Ever try King Diamond's CD, 'The Puppet Master'? It's based on bad dreams he used to have as a child. It's about a guy [him] and his girlfriend Victoria, who are in Budapest, and go to a midnight Christmas Eve showing of a puppet show. Somehow after the show's over, Victoria goes missing, and KD has to go out looking for her, so, he runs back to the theater. He sees Emerencia, the Puppet Master's 300-lb wife come out of the celler.... with a knife in her hand. He follows her. She kills a homeless person, and takes him back to the celler, but leaves the door open. KD goes inside, and finds a room that has all these ugly, grotesque puppets sitting on shelves inside. Suddenly, he gets struck 3 times on the head, is knocked out, then wakes up chained to the wall. The Puppet Master waltzes in and performs a spell on KD, and removes his blood and eyeballs, and places them in jars, and the eyes in a puppet's head. So, KD wakes up and looks across from him, and he recognizes Victoria's eyes. Next day, The Puppet Master comes in, has Emerencia inject the two with blood from the jars, then teaches them to dance, but, Victoria falls into a shelf, sending jars crashing to the floor. The Puppet Master sends her far away - to Berlin. Anyway, the story goes on to that night where Victoria and King Diamond are sitting there talking to each other with their eyes. She's saying she loves him, and he her, then the next day, the Master sends her away. After that, the story moves along to next Christmas Eve, where at the Midnight show, KD has to play the role of the Little Drummer Boy. Suddenly, he falls on his face, the drum breaks, and the curtain closes. The Master sells KD to a toy shop in London where he hangs on the wall all day long, for 18 years. The kids that come in are scared of him, they say he looks sickly. KD then hears about a new Puppet Theater going up, and the Puppet Master's kids are gonna run it. Since its for children, KD is sure it'll be a bloody mess. He never finds his love, which is really sad. Never gets a new body, always hangs there on the wall, with the nail in his throat, so he can't speak. It's quite a disturbing piece of music. Great CD. I love it. One edition of it has a DVD in it, with King Diamond reading the poetry from the CD. Cool huh?
