I am a Megadeal customer who has not received anything from Mongoose, not even a message, which I find very disappointing. I got my copy of 18 via Mantikore, but feel quite frankly that I am owed by Mongoose such that I am very reluctant now to just order 19 directly when there is the possibility of getting it via Mongoose, however slim that possibility may be (And, yes, I did contact them a while ago, in case you were wondering)!

I got the below response from Matthew today (2/3/14):
Just been speaking with the new publisher and we should be seeing them any day now - your will be on its way to you the same day they arrive!

Well folks, seems there may a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. just had an e-mail from Mr Sprange asking if my email address can receive paypal payments. maybe I'm going to get my refund? here's hoping. Lucky you. He seems to be ignoring my requests for a refund. |

I e-mailed with another inquiry and was told by msprange on 2/17....that it arrived last week and they are getting ready to ship them out. Sadly I still haven't got my book  It's always such a worry that it wont show up at all, I really wish we could get tracking numbers. |

I just received an email from him late yesterday saying that Book 19 was shipping this week. This is the first response I've received from him in quite a while. Of course, now I have to deal with the usual annoyance of it taking 6 weeks to get to me even though I live in the same state as their Kettering distribution center.

Just to let you guys know (there is light at the end of the tunnel) my Mongoose shipped copy of Wolf's Bane arrived yesterday. They are indeed shipping. :-)

Anyone else received book 19 from Mongoose? I was told on March 13th that they had received them and they were going out that week ... and heard nothing so far ... this was after buying book 18 direct from Mantikore. Really starting to pee me off this ...
